I have engaged Carol Lewis on a number of separate occasions and recommended her to colleagues who have also engaged her services and who are universally complimentary on the value she adds. I first engaged Carol Lewis after becoming the GM of an organisation that had a number of performance management issues they wished to fix – Carol assisted with performance management, policy development and its implementation to ensure we would create a culture that was able to deal with underperformance promptly. Furthermore, I next engaged Carol to assist during a major period of transition in the Community Services Sector – she presided over an employment consultation and reporting process, which led to over 90 redundancies. Carol helped us develop and deliver a best practice empathetic process, which resulted in zero complaints or union involvement. Staff have been overwhelmingly positive about their interactions with Carol, who now regularly supports us with orientation and training.

We are a not-for-profit organisation (NGO) funded by the Government providing social support to frail aged people and younger people with disabilities living in the City of Sydney Local Government Area.
