On behalf of the National Local Government Customer Service Network (Tasmanian Chapter), I would like to thank you most sincerely for taking your time out of your busy schedule to be our guest presenter at our August Chapter Meeting held at Glenorchy City Council.

Your workshop presentation on how to develop a Customer Service Strategy and how we should view customer service delivery was through provoking and very well received.

Your knowledge of trends reinforced the message that customer relationship management is our big challenge.
